It was such an inspiring project creating this poster for the Davenport House Museum for their fall festival event—I drew so much from vintage Art Nouveau posters and the gorgeous design style of that era. I also spent time soaking in the beauty of the museum’s courtyard and its stunning flowers, which really brought the design to life. The house itself is breathtaking, but what really struck me was the sense of community, hard work, and caring for oneself and family that the courtyard seemed to embody. I wanted to capture all of that in the poster and tie it to the warmth of the fall festival.
